It’s been one year since IZONE 아이즈원 disbanded. let’s take a look where the IZ*ONE 아이즈원members are NOW. one year after the standing and what they did in the meantime. first let me quickly Explain who are IZ*ONE. IZ*ONE (eyes one) is a -12 member k-pop girl group who were formed through the survival show “produce ” and consisted of three Japanese and nine korean members.
But since they came from a survival show fans were aware that the group would promote for two and a half years only in disband after this time.
And even though they were active for this short amount of time they still became really huge and successful especially in Korea and japan.

IZONE – Lee Chaeyeon
After being IZ*ONE’s main dancer for over two years Chaeyeon competed in the dance survival program “street woman fighter” along with her team called WANT.
But sadly they got eliminated. That didn’t stop her. After that she was seen at special stages with other idols for exampl her performance of fiction together with (g)i-dle’s Minnie stacy’s, issa and itzy’s ryujn.
Following to that she appeared in “I can hear your voice season 9” together with former member Yena, she also is an MC for tvN’s “get in beauty k box”. Aside the activity she did slash does back when she was in IZ*one.
아이즈원 – KIM MINJU
Following her previous career of the music show MC back in 2020 when IZ*ONE was still active, she recently went back to being an MC with Lee know of stray kids and jungwoo of NCT. She still does special stages for example her rum pum pum stage with itzy’s yeji, (g)-idle’s Miyeon and former members yujin and wanyung.
Her main focus is still acting as she is the main cast of the show “where is my lodging”. Furthermore Minju was rumored to debut under HYBE’s new girl group which did not come true.
아이즈원 – KIM CHAEWON
After IZ one’s disbandment CHAEWON went back to her original company woollim but it was revealed in summer that she has left the company as she was removed from woolim’s official website. After she left the company she completely disappeared from the public eye and it was rumored that she had signed a contract with HYBE labels.
That is now confirmed as she is officially the leader of HYBE’s upcoming girl group, le ssaerafem who are set to debut in may.
IZONE – HONDA HITOMI
Before joining the survival show produce 48 Hitomi was a member of the japanese girl group AKB48. It was said that she would return to japan once the group disbanded and that’s the case.
Thanks to her newly gained popularity hitomi is now the center of AKB48 team8.
Other than that, she also released her own cosmetic brand on october 6 2021 called “NOTONE”
KANG HYEWON
Hywon was from the day of the disbandment to this day pretty active. On her birthday july 5th hyewon released a photo book called “beauty cut”
In december, as a christmas present to her fans, she released a mini album called “W” and her title track “winter poem”.
Until today she is very active on her youtube channel called 강혜원, she uploads all kinds of content for example together with other idols, vlogs, ASMRs, behind the scenes and more.
Her main focus is still acting she got the role of JIn sehee in the webtoon drama “Big Mistake 3”
KWON WUNBI
Just a few months after disbanding, Kwon eunbi made her solo debut under her agency. woolim with her first mini album called “open” and its title track “door”.
She was an MC for my teenage girls (survival show) first fan meeting.
Eunbi also had some collaborations with the UNIVERSE app (the app IZ*one released d-d-dance for). she also recently made her comeback with her second mini album called “color” and the lead single “glitch”
YABUKI NAKO
Nako also went back to japan and her group hkt48 and well there isn’t much more that can be said.
she is active on social media and promotes with her group
AN YUJIN
YUJIN continued her inkigayo MC activities untill march 27 2022. In december of 2021, she made her debut as the leader of starship’s rookie girl group IVE with their debut song “ELEVEN”
CHOI YANA
Back when yana was an IZ ONE member everyone expected her to join the girl group EVERGLOW as they are under the same label but surprisingly, that didn’t happen.
Breaking down all expectations and rumors choi yana debuted as a soloist on january 17 2022 with her song and album called smiley which was a collaboration with soloist BIBI.
Same as her all-rounder talents and colorful personalities, the album has a wide range of different genres from happy virus energy to ballads. But before starting her official solo
career as an artist, Yenna had other solo activities before.
She hosted her own variety show called “yena’s animal detectives”, people like her brother but also her former members like kwon Eunbi, kim Minju or Jo Yuri appeared in the episodes.
Yena also debuted as an actress on october by playing the female lead of the k drama “my world of 17
season 2” in which she appeared along with other idols like jihan from weekly.
JO YURI
JO YURI made her official solo debut on october 7,2021 with her single “GLASSY”
After promoting her single and some schedules like appearing on Yena’s animal detectives she didn’t have any big activities and is expected to make her come back soon.
MIYAWAKI SAKURA
Following one month after their disbandment sakura graduated from the japanese girl group
Hkt-48. Same as the other japanese members sakura was supposed to return to japan but she decided to continue her
activities as an idol in korea.
she was also rumored to be signed with HYBE labels which turned out to be true.
Together with former member chaewon she will debut next month in the group le Serafim, also sakura was the first j-line member to release her own cosmetic brand it’s called CRAN BY MOLAK and released on september 15,2021.
JANG WONYOUNG
After being IZONE’s most popular member, Jang wonyung received a lot of cooperation requests from brands. she
became an official ambassador for multiple brands for example Miu-Miu or laura mercier
Same as some of her former members, JANG WONYOUNG became an MC of music bank on october 8th,2021 with sunghoon of Enhypen (they are also known as jangku).
On december 1st wonyoung debuted in starship’s new girl group called IVE, together with former groupmate An yujin. IVE are truly monster rookies as they broke multiple records.
They’re also recently promoting their first comeback called ‘love dive’
