Joining forces with TOKiMONSTA, a Korean-American DJ hailing from LA, AESPA contributed to the ‘Inspired By’ EP of the Netflix film ‘Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver.’ Their collaborative track, ‘Die Trying,’ dropped at midnight on the 4th, drawing significant attention from fans worldwide.
‘Die Trying,’ performed by AESPA, serves as the theme song for Bae Doo-na’s character, Nemesis, in the film. The EP, released at midnight on the 5th, features an array of global artists, including Canadian singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez, Latin pop producer Tainy, Dominican Republic rapper Tokischa, and Black Coffee, among others.
‘Rebel Moon (Level Moon): Part 2 Scargiver,’ slated for release on April 19th, delves into the narrative of Korra, a mysterious figure living incognito in a village, and a group of interstellar warriors rallying against a menacing legion threatening a tranquil border planet.
