IU’s property – 4.6 billion won studio + 13 billion won cash purchase apartment + 3 billion won Yangpyeong villa
IU’s enormous studios and houses were revealed on a TV show.

In the second place, it was IU, a celebrity of celebrities who also revealed their fandom by actors Lee Jae-wook and Han Hyo-joo.
IU currently owns a private studio worth about 4.6 billion won in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do, and “flexed about 13 billion won in cash” for an apartment in Cheongdam-dong, which boasts the highest selling price in Korea.
Here, IU also owned a second house in Yangpyeong. The area that was famous as Lee Young-ae’s residence is still home to about 80 celebrities. Yangpyeong was particularly popular with celebrities due to its proximity to Seoul. In the case of IU, it is known that she chose Yangpyeong for the rest of her family, including her grandmother.
IU’s second house is a two-story country house with an area of about 170 pyeong. IU bought this place for about 2.2 billion won. It is also known that the surrounding land was additionally purchased, which cost an additional 800 million won. The total cost of the second house alone was KRW 3 billion.
Meanwhile, IU has been known to have been donating to Yangpyeong-gun since two years ago, creating a warm atmosphere.
