Singer Lim Young-woong confirmed the award as he topped the poll for the 2022 BEST OST at the Seoul Drama Awards (SDA).
The Seoul Drama Awards Organizing Committee and NeoWiz held a month-long vote on the SDA 2022 “Asia Star Award”, “Korean Wave Drama Award” and “OST Award” for Hallyu fans through the voting app “Idol Champ” from August 1 to 31, 2022.
Lim Young-woong grabbed 59.53% of the total votes in the OST with the OST song “Love Always Run Away,” the OST song for KBS2 weekend drama “The Gentleman and the Lady.”

The awards ceremony will be broadcast live on KBS 2TV from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on September 22.
Meanwhile, Lim Young-woong’s concert “I’m Hero” national tour was joined by 170,000 audiences in the 21st episode of seven cities. All the seats in the previous episode were sold out, realizing Lim Young-woong’s popularity.
In particular, TVing said that the “I’m Hero-Seoul” performance, which was broadcast live on the 14th, recorded the highest number of paid subscribers ever, as well as a real-time audience share of about 96% (based on UV in minutes) among all live channels at the same time.
Lim Young-woong released an additional performance to thank the support of the audience. An encore concert of “I’m Hero” will be held at BEXCO in Busan from December 2 to 4 and Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul from the 10th to the 11th of the same month.
